This 15 minute flight departs from Windy Harbour Farm Hotel near Glossop, Derbyshire where you will travel at a height of around 1500 feet.
This tour takes in the famous walking and tourist hotspots of the spectacular Kinder Scout, famed for the historic Kinder Mass Trespass on 24th April 1932 and Bleaklow Mountains within the High Peak. These sites are the highest locations within Peak District County of Derbyshire, with Kinder standing at 2,087 feet above sea level.
From Windy Harbour the flight tracks to the northern edge of Bleaklow, flying across Black Moss and Bleaklow Stones, on to Alport Moor, over the Snake Pass and on to Kinder Scout. You will then fly across Kinder Plateau and Crowden Head, with views of Edale Moor in the distance, turn to track over Kinder Reservoir and then return to the site via Chunal Moor and Glossop.
